1) Their past
2) Their history and experiences
3) Their assumptions
4) Their beliefs
5) What they have been taught
These things are what make them who they are today.
Their view of typical salespeople:
1) They don’t listen.
2) It’s all about them.
3) They don’t really care about me.
4) They’re disruptive.
5) They push you into things you don’t really want to do.
That’s quite a wall to climb.
