The Client Portal has a new feature for your clients. The portal now includes a section with secure fields for your client to provide their vendor login credentials directly to the Warehouse.
To invite your client to create a profile to provide documents and login credentials to Schooley Mitchell follow the steps available here: https://training.schooleymitchell.com/creating-client-portal-access/
Once you have submitted a support ticket remember to reply to questions and provide documents within the support request. When replying to the support ticket email – your support ticket champion does not receive this communication outside of the support portal.
Do you track your contact’s engagement with Drip Campaigns? The Drip Campaign section of the CRM now has a Summary Report feature so you can easily filter, review, and export your contacts open rate, campaign progress, and enrollment.
