“We are a little bit different in that we have an R&D department and experts in each cost category and it’s their job to examine the new marketplace options that arise every month and make sure you are optimized continually. We also make sure that there are no errors in your bills or that price creep isn’t taking place
that wouldn’t be noticed without an expert eye. We have some special sauce as well that your people just wouldn’t have access to because you’ve got more important things to do. We have a database of more than 29,000 deals we’ve put together so we know where every vendor can go and that gives us a lot of clout and unique knowledge. We also have a database of more than 4,200 contacts higher up in the vendors – the real decision makers. Of course, you couldn’t have those things because we’ve been building those assets and proprietary values for more than 20 years. We actually compliment what your existing people are doing and simply deliver you some bonus money and control. Let me give you an example (story time).
